주문뒤 입금이 24시간동안 확인되지 않을시 자동 취소 됩니다.

도서산간지역을 제외한 모든 지역은 1~3일 소요됩니다.

교환 & 환불

물품을 받으신 뒤 7일 이내에 교환/반품 신청이 가능합니다.

고객님의 개인적인 사유의 교환.환불은 왕복 택배비 9,000원을 동봉하셔야 합니다.

* 택 또는 상품의 포장이 훼손 되었을경우

* 고객님의 실수로 오염이나 제품의 손상이 되었을 경우 (옷의 심한 구김 등)

* 향수 또는 채취가 제품에 남아 있을 경우

위 사항을 제외한 모든 경우는 교환/ 환불을 원칙으로 합니다.

Price show on our site are in Korea Won inclusive of VAT (10%)

Therefore, international orders will be excluded 10% (VAT) of the shown price.

International orders are received only by e-mail.

We only use EMS (Express Mail Service) by post office.

The shipping and handling fee will be usually 40$.

If you add more items, shipping fee will be increased about 5~10 USD on each item.

Your package should arrive within 3~7 days after payment.

You will be receiving a final e-mail from us, provided with a tracking number

which can be checked at http://service.epost.go.kr/iservice/ems/ems_eng.jsp
